Joint Venture Parters – Getting People to Promote Your Business

Most people would love to get very lucrative joint venture deals. They often don’t get success. I’m guessing you have the same problem.

Well I’ve got some good news for you. I’ve got the solution. You’ll find you’ll be able to get a lot of joint ventures using this method. However, I can’t promise everyone will promote you. It’s a numbers game. So here goes…

The reason people often fail to get joint venture partners is because they just send a message to them asking them to promote their product. There are two reasons this doesn’t work.

Firstly. This big list owners get many emails a day asking them to promote. They haven’t got time to look at every product being offered. They are busy running their own business. They will always want to preview your product first. This is because they’re not going to promote it to their valuable list if it’s poor quality.

Second problem is that if you approach them and say you’ll get 50% of the sales they’re just not interested. Why wouldn’t they be interested in that?

The reason is that they have the list. They know they could choose from a lot of products offering commissions on clickbank and promote one of them. So why would they choose yours.

So here’s the solution.

They’re more likely to look at your email if you’ve already made contact before. Then there is a relationship there. Otherwise it’s like asking someone to marry you on the first meeting. It just wont work.

The best way to build a relationship is to first approach them asking to do something for them. Give before you receive definitely gives you brownie points here.

So what I would recommmend is send them a message saying you like the look of one of their products. Say that you would like to write a review so could they let you have a free sample. Now this wont cost them money as it’s a digital product.

Nine times out of ten I find I get a response and get a free sample.

Then what you do is have a look at the product and if possible test it out. Write an honest review about the product. Post it on your website or blog.

Next contact them again. Let them know you’ve written a review and where it is. So they can read it. At the same time ask them if they’d return the favour to you by sending out an email promoting your product. Make sure you let them have the download link so they can look at it. Don’t ask them to buy it because they wont.

Now this will not work with everyone but it will get a much higher response. However, you can make it very more likely if you do something else.

What you do when you come back to them with this request if offer to do something for them. Say something like this…

“Hi there,

If you remember you let me have a free sample of your product xxxxx. Just to let you know I’ve written a full review. You can see it at xxxxx.com.

Can you return the favour by sending out an email to your list letting them know about my product. You’ll get 50% of each sale completed.

Also, if you do this for me, I’ll be happy to write some content for your website or blog.

Here is the download link so you can look at it xxxxx.

Here is the sales page xxxxx.

If you would like to return the favour and take up my offer please get in touch.”

Now offering this extra thing will interest them. They’re nearly always after fresh content. This will appeal to them more than just 50% commission.

Go out there and start getting joint ventures from now on using this approach. You’ll be pleasantly be surprised how good the results are.
